Helen and Peter Wellby look forward to welcoming you to their delightful 16th century hall house in the peaceful hamlet of Muddles Green.
Old Timbers is a 16th century Wealden Hall House, surrounded by garden,
trees and fields.
It is opposite Farley Farm, the home of British Surrealism; 15 minutes drive from Glyndebourne
and Charleston House and near to Lewes, the Downs, Eastbourne and the coast.
The Vanguard and Weald Ways pass close to the house and the South Downs Way is a few minutes drive.
Gatwick Airport is 45 minutes drive or 30 minutes by frequent trains from Lewes or Polegate.
With the fine balance between its historic origins, antique furnishings and modern comforts,
the house has all the charm of the old with the convenience of the new.
Wifi and tv is available and breakfast is served al fresco overlooking the gardens.
